摘 要:随着炼油行业高质量发展,石油资源加工将更加追求分子利用效率和全价值链优化与管理。从烃分子结构管理角度入手,尊重原油中原生分子结构,以产品分子结构为导向,通过原油组分分离,使催化裂解原料中优势组分富集,以提高催化反应效率与过程选择性。详细研究了原油馏分油组分分离前后的催化裂解反应性能,提出原油组分分离-催化裂解技术方案。中间基科威特原油经组分优化后,低碳烯烃和轻芳烃的总产率达42%以上,实现了原油组分“宜烯则烯,宜芳则芳”,从分子角度最大化地利用了原油资源。With the high-quality development of the refining industry,the processing of petroleum resources will be more oriented to the promotion of molecular utilization efficiency and the optimization and management of the full value chain.From the perspective of hydrocarbon molecular structure management,in accordance with the original molecular structure of crude oil,with the product molecular structure as the guide,and the dominant components in catalytic cracking raw materials through separating crude oil components are enriched,thus,the catalytic reaction efficiency and process selectivity are improved.The catalytic cracking reaction performance of crude oil fractions before and after component separation was investigated in details,and the technology of component separation-catalytic cracking of crude oil was put forward.After the composition optimization of intermediate-base Kuwait crude oil,the total yield of light olefins and light aromatics can reach more than 42%,thus realizing the tailored composition of crude oil for the production of light olefins or aromatics and maximizing the utilization of crude oil resources at the molecular level.
