摘  要:针对油泥和木屑共气化处理工艺,以CO_(2)为气化剂,利用热重分析系统考察木屑、油泥及其共混物的气化特性,研究了不同比例的混合物共气化的协同效应。利用螺旋气化反应装置对不同比例的混合物进行气化实验,分析对比气化实验三相产物产率的实验值和理论计算值。研究发现:木屑的气化性能优于油泥,混合物中木屑含量的增加可显著提高油泥的气化性能和气化反应活性,油泥含量的增多可增强木屑的气化反应;混合物气化反应的质量损失速率实验值曲线在挥发分析出和气化阶段均低于计算值曲线;混合物气化反应的气相产率随混合物中木屑含量的增大而增大,油泥/木屑质量比为6/4的共混物气体产率可达48.48%,且实验值比理论计算值高20.05%。研究表明,木屑与油泥共气化反应存在显著的协同效应。This study focuses on the co-gasification process of oil sludge and sawdust;using gasification agent as the gasification agent,the gasification characteristics of sawdust,oil sludge(OS)and their blends were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis system,and the synergistic effect in co-gasification of blends with different mixing ratios was also studied.The helical gasification reaction unit was used to conduct gasification experiments on blends with different mixing ratios,and the experimentally and theoretically calculated values of three-phase product yields were compared and analyzed.The results show that the gasification performance of sawdust is better than that of OS.The increase of sawdust content in the blends can significantly improve the gasification performance and gasification reactivity of OS,and the increase of oil sludge content can enhance the gasification reaction of sawdust.The experimental value curve of mass loss rate for the blends gasification reaction is lower than the theoretical calculation curve in the volatilization and gasification stage.The gas yield of the gasification reaction increases with the increase of sawdust content in the blends.The gas yield of the blends of oil sludge and sawdust with a 6/4 mass ratio can reach 48.48%,and the experimental value is 20.05%higher than the theoretical calculation value.This research has proved that there is a significant synergistic effect in the sawdust and OS co-gasification reaction.
