摘  要:实沸点蒸馏仪良好的分离性能是保证原油评价数据准确可靠的关键,但现行蒸馏柱效折射率法检测方法存在流程复杂且评价结果易受芳烃干扰等问题。为提升检测效率和准确性,研究了气相色谱法评价实沸点蒸馏仪柱效的可行性。对比分析表明,气相色谱法测得的理论板数比传统折射率法测得结果偏低约1个理论板数。二者所测正庚烷摩尔分数的相对偏差在±3%以内。气相色谱法可有效解决芳烃对体系的影响,满足长期稳定监测柱效需求。The good separation performance of the true boiling point(TBP)distillation apparatus is the key to ensuring the accuracy and reliability of crude oil evaluation data.However,the current refractive index(RI)method for measurement of the column efficiency faces problems such as complicated process and vulnerability to aromatic interference.To improve the measurement efficiency and accuracy,this paper studies the feasibility of gas chromatography(GC)method to evaluate the column efficiency of TBP distillation apparatus.Comparative analysis shows that the theoretical plate number measured by GC is lowered by 1 as compared with that measured by RI.The relative deviation of n-heptane mole fraction measured by GC and RI method is within±3%.GC can effectively eliminate the impact of aromatic hydrocarbons on the system,and meets the need for long-term stable monitoring of column efficiency.
