摘　　要：本文研究基于智慧平台的电建地产未来社区APP,旨在通过社区功能升级和智慧联动,实现对业主的定制化服务和提升社区生活质量。该研究以电建地产的“让服务点亮生活”服务愿景为指导,结合公司六悦价值体系和未来社区九大场景,打造全新的“电建悦生活方式”服务场景生态。通过打通营销、服务和运营数据通道,增加客户粘性,并为业主带来多重会员权益的畅享,实现社区功能升级和智慧联动,促进电建地产的可持续发展。This paper studies the future community APP of POWERCHINA REAL ESTATE GROUP LTD.based on the smart platform,aiming at upgrading the community functions and smart linkage to achieve customised services for owners and improve the quality of community life.The study is guided by the service vision of POWERCHINA REAL ESTATE GROUP LTD.,"letting service brighten life",and combines the company's six joy value system and the nine scenarios of the future community to create a brand new service scenario ecology of"Joyful Lifestyle of POWERCHINA REAL ESTATE GROUP LTD.".By opening up the data channels of marketing,service and operation,it will increase customer stickiness,bring multiple membership rights and benefits to owners,upgrade community functions and intelligent linkage,and promote the sustainable development of POWERCHINA REAL ESTATE GROUP LTD.
