摘 要:传统的治疗癌症方法往往会产生严重的副作用。作为一种微创、高效、低毒的绿色治疗方法,近年来微波热疗受到越来越多人的青睐。本研究的重点是设计和评估用于热疗的工作频率为2450 MHz的微型开缝贴片天线。天线贴片呈八角形,包含4个对称槽,以减小尺寸并改善定向辐射。天线与组织之间增加了一个开放式金属腔,以保持预设距离,防止贴片直接接触皮肤,实现更好的阻抗匹配,减少对周围区域的能量辐射。根据比吸收率(SAR)、穿透深度(PD)和有效场强(EFS)对天线的性能进行评估,加工制作了天线并在猪肉组织中进行了测试,测量结果与模拟结果非常吻合。Traditional cancer treatment methods often have serious side effects.As a minimally invasive,efficient,and low toxicity green treatment method,microwave hyperthermia has been increasingly favored by more people in recent years.This study focuses on the design and evaluation of a miniaturized slit patch antenna with an operating frequency of 2450MHz for hyperthermia treatment.The antenna patch is octagonal and incorporates four symmetrical slots to reduce size and improve directional radiation.An open metal cavity is added between the antenna and the tissue to maintain a preset distance,prevent direct contact between the patch and the skin,achieve better impedance matching,and reduce energy radiation to the surrounding area.The performance of the antenna is evaluated based on specific absorption rate(SAR),penetration depth(PD),and effective field strength(EFS).The antenna is fabricated and tested in pork tissue,and the measurement results are in good agreement with the simulation results.
