摘 要:针对当前工程应用中传统开采岩石技术存在的效率低、耗能大、器具磨损严重等问题,提出了基于微波近场聚焦理论实现对岩石内指定区域进行加热,利用微波能转化的热能使岩石内部产生应力、形成裂缝,以便进一步挖掘开采。本文基于喇叭天线基本结构与匹配层设计原理,设计了一种通过调整各辐射单元的输入相位值来实现指向性加热的4×4大功率辐射器阵列。以加热介质深度400 mm、500 mm以及500 mm向左右分别偏移100 mm四种情况为例,使用COMSOL进行多物理场耦合计算,仿真结果表明在2.45 GHz工作频率下,各单元输入对应相位值能够使波束在指定位置实现聚焦,焦斑面积可控制在约210~235 cm^(2),且焦斑中心位置温升分别为106.85、99.2、98.6和100.56 K,验证了通过多元辐射阵列能够实现更精准的指向性加热。In response to the problems of low efficiency,high energy consumption,and severe tool wear in traditional rock mining technology in current engineering applications,a novel approach based on microwave near-field focusing theory is proposed to heat the designated area inside the rock.The heat energy converted from microwave energy is used to generate stress and form cracks inside the rock,so as to ease the further explore mining.Based on the basic structure of horn antennas and the design principle of matching layers,a high-power 4×4 radiator array is designed to achieve directional heating by adjusting the input phase value of each radiation unit.Considering four cases with heating medium depth of 400mm,500 mm,and 500 mm offset to the left and right by 100 mm respectively,and the COMSOL software is used for multi-physics field coupling calculation.The simulation results show that at a working frequency of 2.45 GHz,the corresponding phase value of each unit input can enable the beam to focus at the specified position,the focal spot area can be controlled within 210 cm^(2)-235 cm^(2),and the temperature rise at the center of the focal spot is 106.85 K,99.2 K,98.6 K,and 100.56 K,respectively.The research verifies that a multi-unit radiation array enables highly accurate directional heating.
