金融强国背景下绿色金融理念新解

摘　　要：在建设金融强国进程中,绿色金融将成为构建高质量现代金融体系的重要基础。金融强国的提出给传统金融的发展带来了挑战,同时也驱动了传统金融的创新升级。从绿色金融的演化路径来看,绿色金融在底层逻辑上与传统金融存在分歧与融合,既是应对气候变化公地悲剧的金融实践,也颠覆了传统金融的能源文明进化方向、信用体系表达形式以及时间价值贴现方式。在中国绿色转型背景下,绿色金融已紧密融入经济社会系统。在未来的金融强国之路中,中国应转变绿色金融的思维逻辑,把握气候变化下的世界变局,在人类命运共同体下推动人类文明实现新升级。In the process of building China into a financial power,green finance will become an important foundation for building a high-quality modern financial system.The proposal of building a financial power has brought challenges to the development of traditional finance and at the same time promoted the innovation and upgrading of traditional finance.From the perspective of the evolution path of green finance,both divergence and convergence exist between green finance and traditional finance in the underlying logic.Green finance is not only a financial practice in respondence to the tragedy of the Commons of climate change,but it also subverts the evolution direction of energy civilization,the expression form of credit system and the way of time value discount of traditional finance.In the context of China’s green transformation,green finance has been closely incorporated into the economic and social system.On the road to becoming a future financial power,China should change the pattern of thinking on green finance,stand up to the changes of the world under climate change and promote the new upgrading of human civilization under the vision of building a community with a shared future for mankind.
