数字赋能公共图书馆线上服务的实践与思考——以深圳“图书馆之城”为例

摘　　要：文章以深圳“图书馆之城”线上服务为研究案例,从理念、资源、平台、服务等方面剖析其利用数字技术为图书馆线上服务赋能的整体设计及实践举措。深圳的探索经验表明,要实现数字技术对公共图书馆线上服务的赋能,需在明确的战略目标与数字化思维的指引下,通过应用合适的数字化技术与工具,夯实数字资源基础,深化智慧化统一服务平台建设,以用户需求为导向创设服务场景、创新服务形式,从而实现公共图书馆线上服务的多元化、精准化、智慧化发展。Taking the online service of Shenzhen“Cities of Library”as a case study,this paper analyzes its overall design and practical measures of public library online service under digital empowerment from the aspects of concept,resources,platform and service.The exploration experience of Shenzhen shows that in order to realize the empowerment of digital technology for public library online service,it is necessary to have clear strategic goals and digital thinking,and consolidate the digital resource and deepen the construction of intelligent unified service platform through the application of appropriate digital technologies and tools,then create service scenarios and innovative service forms guided by user needs,so as to realize the diversified,accurate and intelligent development of public library online service.
