摘　　要：为充分发挥资源发现系统效用,提高图书馆文献资源服务水平,有必要深入剖析影响用户持续使用资源发现系统意愿的关键因素。文章以ECM-ISC模型为基础,引入UTAUT模型中的便利条件、社群影响两大因素构建研究模型,利用结构方程模型进行实证分析。研究发现,影响资源发现系统用户持续使用意愿的关键因素依次是用户满意度、感知有用性和社群影响;便利条件显著影响用户满意度,但对用户持续使用意愿有直接影响的假设没有通过验证。最后根据实证分析结果,从用户期望、用户偏好、用户教育三个方面提出图书馆资源发现服务优化策略。In order to fully develop the value of library web-scale discovery system and improve the quality of library literature resource services,this paper explores the key factors affecting userscontinuance intention for web-scale discovery system.This paper constructs a research model based on the ECM-ISC model,introducing facilitating conditions and social influence from UTAUT model as two new factors.Then it uses structural equation modeling(SEM)to test the research model and hypotheses.It is found that the key factors affecting userscontinuance intention for library web-scale discovery systems are user satisfaction,perceived usefulness,and social influence.Facilitating conditions significantly affect user satisfaction,but the hypothesis that it has a direct impact on users'continuance intention has not been tested.Finally,based on the empirical analysis results,suggestions for the optimization of web-scale discovery services are proposed from three aspects,namely user expectation,user preference,and user education.
