摘  要:市政污泥成分复杂,脱水后的市政污泥性质通常呈现一定的波动性,并影响市政污泥焚烧炉运行的稳定性。通过建立绝热型鼓泡流化床焚烧炉的热量平衡,从污泥热值及含水率波动、燃尽率、停留时间、焚烧炉自身抗热值波动能力、流化风温度和进料负荷的调节潜力等多个方面分析了市政污泥焚烧炉的热力学稳定性,结果表明,市政污泥焚烧炉对进料污泥性质较为敏感,而焚烧炉的自身稳定性相对有限,对热值的适应弹性空间约为6%。对于来源复杂的市政污泥,以收到基热值为基准,采取炉前分类及炉内混合对于达到相对稳定的进泥条件是必要的。Because of the complex composition of municipal sludge,the properties of municipal sludge often exhibit fluctuations,which affects the reliability of the municipal sludge incineration process.By establishing the heat balance for the adiabatic bubbling fluidized bed incinerator,the thermal stability of the municipal sludge incinerator was analyzed from several aspects:fluctuations of sludge calorific value and humidity,burnout rate,residence time,the incinerator's ability to resist calorific value fluctuations,and the adjustment potential of the fluidized air temperature and feed load.The results show that the incinerator is sensitive to sludge properties,while the incinerator's own stability is relatively limited,with an 6%elastic range for calorific value change.For the complex municipal sludge,it is necessary to classify sludge before in ̄cineration and mix sludge inside the incinerator to achieve relatively stable sludge conditions based on received basis low calorific value.
