育训结合视域下高职院校劳动育人路径探析

摘  要:探究高职院校“育训结合”视域下劳动教育育人效果、路径,有助于精准把握高职院校劳动教育方向,提高劳动教育质量。针对目前高职院校劳动教育育人工作效果不佳、劳动教育育人体系不完善、劳动教育育人特色不突出的现实困境,围绕构建劳动教育教师团队、探索劳动教育路径、创建特色劳动文化氛围等方面,做到全员、全过程、全方位劳动育人,使学生形成正确的劳动价值观念,弘扬劳动精神,培养劳动技能,形成良好的劳动习惯与素质,从而提高高职院校的人才培养水平。Examining the effect and strategies of labor education within colleges through the lens of"education and training integrated"offers a precise roadmap for enhancing the direction and quality of labor education.Addressing current challenges such as ineffective vocational labor education,incomplete systems,and a lack of distinct characteristics,this study prioritizes the establishment of a skilled team of labor education instructors,the exploration of innovative labor education methodologies,and the fostering of a unique labor-centric cultural environment.By striving for comprehensive staff involvement,seamless processes,and holistic labor education,the aim is to instill students with accurate labor values,foster a strong work ethic,and hone practical skills,thus cultivating positive labor habits and attributes.Ultimately,these efforts contribute to elevating the standard of talent cultivation within colleges.
