摘　　要：某公司炼化一体化项目全面投产后,由于实际加工原油性质与设计性质相差较大,出现了石脑油加工装置能力不足的问题。按照不新建装置、不进行大改造的原则,对比了DSO催化汽油选择性加氢装置与石脑油加氢装置的工艺原理、原料性质和运行参数,并结合流程模拟,确定DSO催化汽油选择性加氢装置的重汽油加氢脱硫单元可以加工石脑油。将DSO催化汽油选择性加氢装置进行了简单工艺流程改造,实现了预加氢和重汽油加氢脱硫两部分独立运行,在重汽油加氢脱硫部分进行了加工石脑油的尝试。将重汽油加氢脱硫单元的原料调整为石脑油后,经过操作参数调整,产出了合格的精制石脑油,硫、氮含量满足连续重整装置原料要求。DSO催化汽油选择性加氢装置创造性地两段分开加工不同原料,丰富了石脑油的加工线路,发挥了装置的灵活性,促进了项目总负荷的提升。After a refining and petrochemical integration project of a company was put into full production,the problem of insufficient capacity of naphtha processing unit appeared due to the large difference between the properties of crude oils actually processed and the design properties.According to the principle of no new unit and no major transformation,the process principle,raw material properties and operating parameters of DSO catalytic gasoline selective hydrogenation unit were compared with those of naphtha hydrogenation unit.Based on process simulation,it was determined that naphtha can be processed in the heavy gasoline hy drodesulfurization unit of DSO catalytic gasoline selective hydrogenation unit.Minor modification was carried out for the process flow of DSO catalytic gasoline selective hydrogenation unit to achieve the independent opera tion of pre-hydrogenation and heavy gasoline hydrodesulfurization units,and attempts were made to process naphtha in the heavy gasoline hydrodesulfurization unit.After changing the raw material of the heavy gasoline hydrodesulfurization unit to naphtha,on-spec refined naphtha was produced by adjusting the operating parame ters,and the sulfur and nitrogen contents met the raw material requirements of CCR unit.The DSO catalytic gasoline selective hydrogenation unit creatively processed different raw materials in two separate sections,en riching the processing routes of naphtha,giving full play to the flexibility of unit,and promoting the improve ment of the total load of the project.
