摘 要:本文介绍了R60702锆材料的特性,对锆材料进行焊接性分析,简述了锆材料焊接的影响因素以及锆焊接接头表面颜色的要求。焊接试验采用13.5mm的R60702锆板,焊接方法为钨极氩弧焊,进行焊态、550℃热处理态以及620℃热处理态的焊接试板理化性能试验。试验结果表明,焊态和热处理态的抗拉强度及弯曲试验均能满足标准要求,但热处理态的焊接接头的抗拉强度有一定程度的下降。本文试验对焊缝及焊接热影响区进行了硬度及微观金相分析,焊缝组织及热影响区组织为α′相(锆的马氏体相),这导致焊缝及热影响区硬度升高。This paper introduces the characteristics of R60702 zirconium material,analyzes the weldability of the material,and briefly describes the influencing factors of zirconium welding and the requirements for the surface color of zirconium welded joints.The 13.5mm R60702 zirconium plate was used in the welding test,and the welding method was tungsten argon arc welding.The physical and chemical properties of the welding test plate were tested in the welding state,550℃heat treatment state and 620℃heat treatment state.The test results showed that the tensile strength and bending test of the welding state and heat treatment state could meet the standard requirements,but the tensile strength of the welded joint in the heat treatment state decreased to a certain extent.The hardness and microstructure metallography of the weld and heat affected zone were analyzed.The microstructure of the weld and heat affected zone wasα'Phase(martensitic phase of zirconium),which leads to the increase of hardness of weld and heat affected zone.
