摘 要:针对中国既有建筑现场检测的工作特点,将现场检测的风险因素归纳为现场环境因素、技术因素、人员因素和管理因素四个方面。通过运用模糊层次综合评价法,建立既有建筑现场检测的风险模型,分析计算出整体风险模型分数。根据该风险模型评价结果提出了既有建筑现场检测的风险应对策略,为既有建筑现场检测风险管理提供借鉴。According to the work characteristics of on-site inspection of existing construction in China,the risk factors for site detection were summarized into four aspects:environmental factor,technical factor,personnel factor and management factor.By using fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method,the risk model of existing building site inspection was established,and the overall risk model score was calculated.According to the evaluation results of the risk model,the risk response strategy of the existing building site inspection was proposed,which provides reference for the risk management of the existing building site inspection.
