摘 要:以通用电气(GE)公司的9FA和三菱公司的M701F这2种典型F级燃气 蒸汽联合循环机组为研究对象,搭建配置进气加热设计的燃气 蒸汽联合循环热力模型,开展机组热力性能仿真计算。对环境温度、加热温升、机组负荷对机组性能的影响进行单一变量分析,并且对2种机型在不同运行工况下的进气加热效果提升开展对比分析,给出了不同负荷下的最佳进气参数。结果表明:在相同的进气加热工况下,9FA机组的进气加热效果提升幅度高于M701F机组,机组联合循环效率随加热温升的提高而提高;在相同的加热温升下,9FA机组的最佳进气环境温度高于M701F机组。研究结果对进气加热技术在F级燃气 蒸汽联合循环机组上的应用具有重要参考意义。Taking two typical F-class gas-steam combined cycle units of GE 9FA and Mitsubishi M701F as the research objects, a thermal model of gas-steam combined cycle with inlet gas heating design was established, and a simulation calculation for the thermal performance of unit was carried out. A univariate analysis was conducted on the effects of the environmental temperature, heating temperature rise, and unit load on the unit performance, while a comparative analysis was conducted on the improvement of inlet gas heating efficiencies of two types of units under different unit loads. After which, the optimal intake parameters under different unit loads were given. Results show that, under the same inlet gas heating condition, the efficiency improvement of 9FA unit is higher than that of M701F unit, and the unit combined cycle efficiency increases with the increase of heating temperature rise. Under the same heating temperature rise condition, the optimal environmental temperature for inlet gas of 9FA unit is higher than that of M701F unit. Research results have important reference significance for the application of inlet gas heating technology in F-class gas-steam combined cycle units.
