摘  要:针对汽轮发电机转子绕组匝间短路故障,提出基于多元状态评估技术(MSET)的在线诊断方法。利用滑动窗口和欧氏距离构建状态矩阵,基于MSET构建励磁电流和无功功率计算模型,依据发电机运行状态运行值与计算值的相对偏差均值或残差均值构建匝间绕组短路故障在线诊断方法,并且使用某汽轮发电机运行数据进行验证。结果表明:所构建的在线诊断方法切实可行,满足了转子绕组匝间短路故障诊断应用需要,同时降低了故障误判的可能性。In order to solve the rotor winding in-ter-turn short circuit in a turbine generator, an online diagnosis method based on multivariate state estimation technique (MSET) was proposed. The state matrix was built by using sliding window and Euclidean distance. The exciting current and reactive power calculation models were constructed based on MSET. According to the average value of the relative deviation or residual value between the operating value and the calculated value of the generator, an online diagnosis method for rotor winding in-ter-turn short circuit fault was constructed, and the operation data of a steam turbine generator was used for verification. Results show that, the proposed online diagnosis method is feasible, which meets the requirements of rotor winding in-ter-turn short circuit fault diagnosis, and reduces the probability of fault misjudgment.
