摘 要:通过盆栽试验探讨濒危植物海南龙血树幼苗对水分响应的表型可塑性,分析其生态适应性。结果表明,海南龙血树幼苗对水分的响应主要在形态指标和生物量方面,除了比叶面积、叶片长宽比和株高外,其他指标均达到显著水平(P<0.05);生物量分配主要与根部性状相关,幼苗叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量在各处理间无显著差异(P>0.05)。海南龙血树幼苗能够充分利用水分资源,在雨季快速生长,并将更多的生物量分配给根部,有利于度过雨季后严峻的干旱季节。海南龙血树幼苗对水分响应的生存策略具有很强的生态适应性。Response of growth and morphology of Dracaena cambodiana seedlings,a rare and endangered plant,was studied by observing its response to five artificially controlled water supply levels.The results indicated that different levels of water supply significantly affected morphological indices and biomass.Except for specific leaf area,the ratio of leaf length to width and plant height,other indicators reached significant levels(P<0.05).The allocation of biomass is mainly related to root traits,and there is no significant difference in chlorophyll and carotenoid content among different treatments in seedlings.According to the analysis,the seedlings could make full use of water to achieve rapid growth in the short and concentrated rainy season,and allocating more biomass to the root was good for the severe drought season after the rainy season.In summary,the seedlings of Dracaena cambodiana had strong ecological adaptability to the survival strategy of water response.
