温度和光照对4种委陵菜种子萌发的影响

摘　　要：以朝天委陵菜、多茎委陵菜、蛇含委陵菜和腺毛委陵菜为试材,设置黑暗12 h,光照12 h,温度分别为15、20、25、30℃,同时设25℃全黑暗处理,比较不同温度和光照对其种子萌发的影响。结果表明:朝天委陵菜、腺毛委陵菜的种子萌发适宜温度为25℃,多茎委陵菜的种子萌发适宜温度在25~30℃,蛇含委陵菜的种子萌发适宜温度为20℃。黑暗条件对朝天委陵菜、腺毛委陵菜种子萌发有抑制作用,对多茎委陵菜种子萌发抑制作用不明显。Potentilla supine,Potentilla multicaulis,Potentilla kleiniana and Potentilla longifolia were used as experimental materials,darkness was set for 12 h,light was set for 12 h temperature was 15,20,25,30℃,respectively,and total darkness was set at 25℃,the effects of temperature and light on seed germination were studied.The results showed that the optimal germination temperature was 25℃for Potentilla supine and Potentilla longifolia,the optimal germination temperature was 25-30℃for Potentilla multicaulis,the optimal germination temperature was 20℃for Potentilla kleiniana.Dark inhibited the seed germination of Potentilla supine and Potentilla longifolia,but dark had no effect on seed germination of Potentilla multicaulis.
