摘 要:采用显微鉴别法对四川、安徽、湖北3个产地煨葛根外观形状及内部组织结构进行初步鉴定,利用薄层色谱法(TLC)鉴定煨葛根中的主要有效成分葛根素,通过高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对它们的含量进行检测,比较分析3个产地煨葛根中有效成分葛根素的含量及其差异性。结果表明,3个产地煨葛根中均含有葛根素,四川产地样品药材葛根素含量优于安徽和湖北产地,但不同产地的煨葛根中葛根素含量均符合《中国药典》标准,同时葛根素的含量与产地有一定关系。The microscopic identification method was used to preliminarily identify the external shape and internal organizational structure of simmered Radix Puerariae from Sichuan,Anhui and Hubei Provinces.Thin-layer chromatography(TLC)was applied to identify the main active ingredient puerarin in simmered Radix Puerariae,and high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to detect the puerarin content,the content and differences of the active ingredient puerarin in simmered Radix Puerariae from three producing areas were compared and analyzed.The results showed that puerarin was present in all three producing areas of simmered Radix Puerariae.The puerarin content in the samples from Sichuan region was higher than that from Anhui and Hubei regions.However,the puerarin content in simmered Radix Puerariae from different regions met the standards of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,and there was a certain correlation between the puerarin content and the producing areas.
