草原生态赤字测评及其成因分析——以锡林郭勒盟为例

摘　　要：对锡林郭勒盟20年间的草原生态足迹与生态承载力进行定量分析的基础上,发现锡林郭勒盟草原生态足迹现增加的态势,而其生态承载力呈现减小的趋势,草原长期处于生态赤字状态。草原生态建设与修复后劲不足、人草畜矛盾依旧突出等因素造成锡林郭勒盟草原生态赤字问题;提出加强草原生态修复、建设草原自然公园体制等对策建议,期使能为消除草原生态赤字、促进草原生态可持续发展提出实质性意见。Based on the quantitative analysis of grassland ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity in Xilin Gol League in the past 20 years,this paper found that the grassland ecological footprint in Xilin Gol League is increasing,while its ecological carrying capacity is decreasing,and the grassland has been in ecological deficit for a long time.The problems of grassland ecological deficit in Xilin Gol League are caused by factors such as lack of vitality in grassland ecological construction and restoration and still prominent contradiction between man,grass and livestock.In order to eliminate the ecological deficit of grassland and promote the sustainable development of grassland ecology,the countermeasures and suggestions of strengthening grassland ecological restoration and building grassland natural park system are put forward.
