杯芳烃添加剂对模型碳氢燃料热化学过程的调控

摘  要:吸热型碳氢燃料是服务于高超声速飞行器的新型燃料,在执行换热过程中受热会发生氧化沉积和裂解结焦,降低燃料的使用性能。杯芳烃与受阻酚类抗氧剂结构相似,且热稳定性好,更适宜在高温条件下作为抗氧剂使用。本文以间苯二酚为单体,合成了C-十一烷基间杯[4]芳烃(C_(11)-C[4]R)并进行TG表征,结果显示C_(11)-C[4]R起始失重温度较BHT提高了近170℃。静态加速氧化实验结果证实,C_(11)-C[4]R对模型燃料异辛烷氧化过程具有优秀的调控能力。在3.0 MPa,600~700℃条件下,评价了C_(11)-C[4]R对模型燃料的抗结焦性能,结果表明,在700℃实验条件下,C_(11)-C[4]R可将模型燃料的结焦量降低87%。Endothermic hydrocarbon fuel is a new type of fuel serving hypersonic vehicles,which will undergo oxidative deposition and coking during the heat-exchange process,which will reduce the performance of the fuel.Calixarene and hindered phenolic antioxidants are similar in structure and have the characteristics of good thermal stability,which are more suitable to be used as antioxidants under high temperature conditions.In this work,C-undecylcalix[4]resorcinarene(C_(11)-C[4]R)was synthesized by resorcinol and characterized using TG.The results showed that the initial weight loss temperature for C_(11)-C[4]R is higher than that of BHT by nearly 170℃.The results of static accelerated oxidation experiments confirmed that C_(11)-C[4]R had an excellent ability to regulate the oxidation process of model fuel iso-octane.The anti-coking performance of C_(11)-C[4]R was evaluated in the model fuel at 3.0 MPa,600~700℃,and the results showed that C_(11)-C[4]R could reduce the coking amount of the model fuel by 87%under the experimental conditions of 700℃.
