摘  要:在硝酸法制备磷酸铁锂过程中,采用硝酸溶解的氢氧化锂/碳酸锂得到的硝酸锂溶液,达不到制备磷酸铁锂质量分数的要求,故需要一个蒸发浓缩工序。本文测试了硝酸锂溶液的沸点升数据。根据此沸点升数据,设计了单级压缩机的预浓缩MVR蒸发器和双压缩机串联的成品MVR蒸发浓缩工艺,并做了详尽的运行成本分析。对于高浓度高沸点的硝酸锂溶液,本文采用双压缩机串联的蒸发工艺,很好地替代了传统双效蒸发浓缩工艺。双压缩机串联压缩可以使二次蒸汽的温度提升>34℃,从而克服硝酸锂溶液的沸点升,实现蒸发1t水的电耗≈110 kWh,且无需蒸汽补充。相对于传统的MVR蒸发预浓缩+双效蒸发浓缩成品工艺,双效蒸发浓缩成品工艺蒸发1t水需要0.6 t蒸汽。通过对比,该工艺实现了生产成本下降22%,取得了很好的经济效果。证实了蒸汽压缩机在高沸点物料中具有较好的节能减排效果,尤其是创新性的双压缩机串联的稳定运行给工业界提供了更多的选择。In the process of preparing lithium iron phosphate by nitric acid method,the lithium nitrate solution obtained by dissolving lithium hydroxide/lithium carbonate in nitric acid cannot meet the concentration requirements for preparing lithium iron phosphate,so an evaporation concentration process is required.This article tested the boiling point rise data of lithium nitrate solution.Based on this boiling point rise data,a pre concentration MVR evaporator for a single stage compressor and a finished MVR evaporation concentration process in series with dual compressors were designed,and a detailed analysis of operating costs was conducted.For high concentration and high boiling point lithium nitrate solutions,this article adopts a dual compressor series evaporation process,which effectively replaces the traditional dual effect evaporation concentration process.Double compressor series compression can increase the temperature of the secondary steam by more than 34℃,thereby overcoming the boiling point rise of lithium nitrate solution and achieving an electricity consumption of approximately 110 kWh for evaporating one ton of water without the need for steam supplementation.Compared to the traditional MVR evaporation pre concentration+dual effect evaporation concentration finished product process,the dual effect evaporation concentration finished product process requires 0.6 t steam compressor.By comparison,the process in this article achieved a 22%reduction in production costs and achieved good economic results.It has been confirmed that steam compressors have good energy-saving and emission reduction effects in high boiling materials,especially the innovative stable operation of dual compressors in series provides more choices for the industry.
