脂塑木复合材料制备协同处理废有机树脂工艺研究

摘　　要：本项目在生产脂塑木复合材料的同时,协同处理废弃线路板非金属有机树脂。生产工艺为:偶联剂(聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐)用量4 kg,润滑剂(PE蜡)添加量2 kg,HDPE用量20 kg,HDPE新旧料比m(新料):m(回收料)=1:1,树脂粉粒径0.180~0.250 mm,脂木比m(树脂粉):m(木粉)=2:5(树脂粉20 kg,木粉50 kg),造粒温度195℃,挤出温度185℃,生产出来的脂塑木复合性能板最小集中载荷保持在3400 N以上,满足木塑地板使用标准,处理废有机树脂的同时产生经济效益。This project not only produces resin-plastic wood composites,but also cooperates with the treatment of non-metallic organic res-ins from waste circuit boards.The production process is as follows:the amount of coupling agent(polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride)is 4 kg,the amount of lubricant(PE wax)is 2 kg,the ratio of new to old material m(new material):m(recycled material)is 1:1,the particle size of resin pow-der is 0.180~0.250 mm,the ratio of resin to wood is m(resin powder):m(wood flour)=2:5(resin powder 20 kg,wood flour 50 kg),granulation temperature 195℃,extrusion temperature 185℃.The minimum concentrated load of the resin-plastic-wood composite performance board is kept above 3400 N,which meets the use standard of wood-plastic floor and produces economic benefits while treating waste organic resin.
