摘 要:造粒是尿素生成过程中的关键步骤,但现有造粒过程面临粉尘污染严峻、产品粒度分布不均等问题。本研究基于液体弹珠可切割的原理,采用疏水颗粒包覆尿素熔体形成尿素熔体弹珠,并进行切割造粒新工艺探究,以减少造粒喷洒过程中带来的粉尘和粒度不均等问题。实验过程中对以内核为水的液体弹珠进行了初步研究,发现球形液体弹珠切割过程中易发生滚动,不利于切割。而增大疏水粉体含量可提高弹珠可塑性,从而提出了制条、切割和滚圆三步法实现尿素造粒,并验证了该方法可行。基于上述可行性提出了批量切割尿素熔体弹珠制备尿素颗粒的新工艺,该工作为绿色简单低成本尿素造粒工艺开发提供了参考。Granulation is a key step in the process of urea production,but the existing granulation process faces serious dust pollution and uneven distribution of particle size.Based on the segmentation performance of liquid marble,a new granulation process was proposed to prepare urea melt marbles with hydrophobic particles to reduce the dust and particle size inequality caused by the spraying process.In this study,the liquid marble with water as the core was first studied,and it was found that the spherical liquid marble was easy to roll in the cutting process,which was not conducive to granulation.Then,the increased content of hydrophobic powder can improve the plasticity of marble,so a three-step method of striping,cutting,and rolling is proposed to achieve urea granulation,and the feasibility of this method is verified.Based on the above feasibility,a process for preparing urea particles by cutting liquid marbles in batches is proposed,which provides a reference for the green,simple,and low-cost urea dust-free granulation process.
