摘 要:碳酸盐岩油藏非均质性强,压力变化规律复杂,地面集输压力能充分利用可提高油田整体开发效益,是“双碳”目标下清洁生产、绿色发展、低碳发展的具体实践。通过对富满油田的理论和实际跟踪分析,确定油藏可用压力能趋势和持久性,坚定能自压不增压集输理念,按照油藏压力能和地面建设投资综合分析,选用不同压力级别设计。压力能利用方案为采油井口单井自压混输至计量配水站、计量配水站自压混输至接转站、接转站中压进站,油气分离后气自压、油增压分输至联合站。Carbonate rock reservoir has strong heterogeneity and complex pressure change law.Full utilization of surface gathering and transportation pressure can improve the overall development benefit of the oilfield.It is a specific practice of cleaner production,green development and low-carbon development under the“dual carbon”goal.Based on the theoretical and practical tracking analysis of Fuman Oilfield,the trend and stability persistence of available pressure energy of the reservoir are determined,and the concept of self pressurized and non pressurized gathering and transportation is firmly established.According to the comprehensive analysis of reservoir pressure energy and surface construction investment.The pressure energy utilization plan includes a single well self pressure mixed transmission from the oil production wellhead to the metering and distribution station,a metering and distribution station self pressure mixed transmission to the transfer station,and a medium pressure inlet from the transfer station.After oil and gas separation,the gas is self pressurized and the oil is pressurized and distributed to the combined station.
