摘  要:近年来采油厂利用井场空间安装了一些光伏发电系统,采用光伏发电接入电网模式,采油厂两千多口抽油机井从网电上获取电能,这个模式电能在转换和传输过程中产生损耗。本文研究井场光伏就地消纳技术,根据采油厂有大量抽油机井使用变频器的情况,开展了光伏直接接入抽油机井变频器的直流线路技术研究,基于抽油机井负载和光伏发电规律,建立稳定的光伏-网电协同驱动接入电路,并采用超级电容吸收和回馈抽油机井的倒发电。进行了抽油机井试验,验证了技术性能,还减少了光伏转换和传输过程的损耗,有利于光伏电能就地使用。Gudong Oil Production Plant have installed some photovoltaic power generation systems in the well site space in recent years.The electricity power are accessed by the power grid.More than 2000 pumping wells in the oilfield obtain electricity from the power grid.This kind of electricity mode led electric energy loss during the conversion and transmission process.The paper studies the on-site photovoltaic consumption technology at the well site.There are a large number of pumping wells in the oilfield useing variable frequency drive technology.The technology of photovoltaic connection to the frequency converters of pumping wells is studied.A stable photovoltaic and grid power collaborative drive access cir-cuit is established based on the load of the pumping well and photovoltaic power generation capacity.The supercapacitors are used to absorb and feedback the reverse power generation of the pumping well.A pumping well pilot test was conducted to verify the technical performance,which re-duced the losses in photovoltaic conversion and transmission processes and was beneficial for the on-site use of photovoltaic energy.
