摘  要:超深气田具有井口压力超高、产量高的显著特点,采出天然气处于超临界压力条件下,常用的Aspen HYSYS计算软件无法准确地计算节流降压后的温度,造成集输工艺能量利用率低、工程投资高等问题。为此,本课题通过对塔里木油田某超深气田的部分采气井油嘴实际节流的数据进行了统计、分析,采用节流压差—节流后温降进行数据拟合,成功提出了应用于超临界压力条件下井口天然气节流后温度计算的经验公式。实际应用验证结果表明,本课题提出的经验公式计算结果与实际运行参数表现出一致性,具有推广应用价值。Ultra deep gas fields have significant characteristics of high wellhead pressure and high production.The natural gas produced is under supercritical pressure conditions,and the commonly used Aspen HYSYS calculation software cannot accurately calculate the temperature after throttling and depressurization,resulting in low energy utilization rate and high project cost in the gathering and transportation process.Therefore,this study conducted statistical analysis on the actual throttling data of some production wells in a certain ultra deep gas field in Tarim Oilfield.The data was fitted using throttling pressure difference-temperature drop after throttling,and an empirical formula for calculating the temperature after throttling of natural gas at the wellhead under supercritical pressure conditions was successfully proposed.The practical application verification results showed that the empirical formula calculation results proposed in this paper were consistent with the actual operation data,and having promotion and application value.
