摘 要:袋式除尘器被广泛应用于工业除尘领域,其滤料的性能是影响除尘效果的关键因素。玻璃纤维覆膜滤料结合了玻璃纤维及PTFE薄膜材料的优点,为PTFE薄膜提供支撑力,PTFE薄膜孔径小能够实现对粉尘的表面过滤,因此被广泛用作工业除尘滤料。本文综述玻纤覆膜滤料的结构及组分特征、玻纤覆膜滤料在工业除尘领域的应用,分析各工业领域烟气产生特性并阐述玻纤覆膜滤料在各个行业的研究现状,并对玻纤覆膜滤料提出展望。The application of bag filter is one of the main means of industrial dust removal,and the perfor-mance of filter material is the key factor affecting the dust removal effect.Glass fiber coated filter media combines the advantages of glass fiber and PTFE membrane materials.The glass fiber provides support for the PTFE film.The small pore size of the PTFE film can realize the surface filtration of dust,so it is widely used as an industrial dust removal filter material.This paper reviews the structure and composition characteristics of glass fiber-coated filter media,and the application of glass fiber-coated filter media in the field of industrial dust removal.This paper focuses on the analysis of the characteristics of flue gas generation in various industrial fields,expounds the research status of glass fiber coated filter media in various industries,and puts forward the prospect of glass fiber coated filter media.
