摘　　要：Web3.0背景下,对智慧图书馆的知识转移机制研究探析,能够帮助图书馆行业在信息化时代背景下提升知识创新能力从而增强竞争优势。文章首先明确智慧图书馆在知识生产、知识创新与知识协同方面存在深层次需求,其次利用SECI模型探究智慧图书馆知识生产过程,明晰知识转移过程,提出智慧图书馆在知识转移过程中的影响因素,提出相应的优化策略;最后基于Web3.0技术特点建立智慧图书馆知识转移创新机制,以期促进智慧图书馆的知识创新,实现智慧图书馆提升知识服务核心竞争力的目标。The author firstly clarifies that there is a deep-seated demand for knowledge production,knowledge innovation and knowledge synergy in smart libraries,secondly explores the knowledge production process of smart libraries by using the SECI model,clarifies the knowledge transfer process,puts forward the influencing factors of smart libraries in the process of knowledge transfer,and proposes corresponding optimization strategies;and finally establishes a knowledge transfer innovation mechanism for smart libraries based on the characteristics of the Web3.0 technology,in order to promote the core competitiveness of knowlcdge services.In order to promote the knowledge innovation of smart libraries and realize the goal of smart libraries to enhance the core competitiveness of knowledge services.
