摘 要:近年来,家庭客户分配相关业务处理正逐步向资源侧靠拢,资源侧在保持管理资源数据的同时,也需要将家庭客户分配的整个流程过程贯穿有序,而且保证高效的效率。文章旨在深入探讨家庭客户资源分配的重要性,介绍资源分配的效率对家庭客户装机、拆机和移机等家庭客户流程的顺畅性和效率的直接影响,以及其在家庭客户资源管理中的核心地位。文章将从资源分配的基本原理出发,深入研究资源之间的关联关系、资源分类逻辑和资源调整方式等方面,最终是提高资源分配的能力。In recent years,the related business processing of family customer allocation is gradually moving closer to the resource side.While maintaining the management of resource data,the resource side also needs to carry out the entirc process of family customer allocation in an orderly manner,and ensure high efficiency.The purpose of this paper is to deeply explore the importance of household customer resource allocation,introduce the direct impact of the efficiency of resourcc allocation on the smoothness and efficicncy of houschold customer processes such as installation,disassembly and transfer of houschold customer,and its core position in houschold customer resource management.Starting from the basic principle of resource allocation,this paper will deeply study the correlation between resources,resource classification logic and resource adjustment methods,and finally improve the ability of resource allocation.
