摘 要:本文从烟气排放类型进行分析,结合实际案例在考虑烟气抬升高度和最不利气象条件下预测原油储罐罐顶和液池燃烧产生的次生、伴生污染物CO和SO_(2)的扩散情况,结果表明采用非浮力中性气体+手工计算烟气抬升高度的模式的计算结果较采用浮力烟羽扩散模式是更不利的,为储油库环境风险影响评价提供一些新思路。本文的研究成果将有助于储油库经营者、环保部门以及相关方在风险管理和应急响应方面采取更加科学和有效的措施,以确保储油库的安全运营,并减少对环境和人类健康的潜在影响。The study analyzes the type of flue gas emissions and,in conjunction with actual cases,predicts the dispersion of secondary/by-product pollutants CO and SO_(2) generated from the combustion of roof and liquid pool of crude oil storage tanks under the consideration of flue gas lift height and the most unfavorable meteorological conditions.The results indicate that the calculations using the neutral buoyancy gas+manual calculation of flue gas lifting height model are more unfavorable than those using the buoyant plume dispersion model,providing new insights for environmental risk impact assessments of oil storage depots.The findings of this study will assist oil storage operators,environmental protection agencies,and stakeholders in adopting more scientific and effective measures in risk management and emergency response to ensure the safe operation of oil storage facilities and to minimize potential impacts on the environment and human health.
