摘 要:对于学术期刊网站建设中面临的多模态学术内容的管理与利用问题,本文参考国际科研与学术出版社区中多种持久标识符(Persistent Identifiers,PIDs)的发展状况,提出基于PIDs构建技术解决方案,从而为多模态学术内容的关联、集成、管理与利用提供统一的技术框架。本文分析了科技期刊网站建设中的相关需求,并提出主要以DOI系统作为多模态学术内容资源标识体系同时也需要结合其他PID体系进行必要的补充,从PID编码与注册、基于PID元数据描述内容实体之间的关联关系、充分利用PIDs促进学术期刊网站的内容资源管理与服务功能完善三方面对方案展开论述,同时主要基于Crossref DOI服务进行了具体介绍,以便对方案的实施进行说明。该技术方案基于开放科学的基础设施构建,具有成熟易行、综合性强、可伸缩、易扩展、低成本等特点和优势,为学术期刊出版提供了一种多模态学术内容资源管理与利用的轻型开放式架构,对于促进学术期刊网站的内容管理与传播、开放获取出版流程建设、科研诚信支持服务构建等具有事半功倍的作用。In view of the management and utilization of multimodal academic content faced in the construction of academic journal websites,this study proposed a technical solution based on persistent identifiers(PIDs)with reference to the development of multiple PIDs in the international scientific research and academic publishing community,providing a unified technical framework for the association,integration,management and utilization of multimodal academic content.This study analyzed the related needs in the construction of sci-tech journal websites,and proposed that the DOI system was mainly used as a multimodal academic content resource identification system while combining with other PID systems.The solution was developed from three aspects,namely,PID encoding and registration,describing the correlation between content and entities based on PID metadata,and making full use of PIDs to promote the content resource management and service function of academic journal websites.It was also mainly based on the Crossref DOI service to specify the implementation of the solution.The technical solution was based on the infrastructure construction of open science,and had the advantages of being mature,easy to implement,comprehensive,scalable,easy to expand,and low in cost.It provided a lightweight and open architecture for multimodal academic content resource management and utilization for academic journal publishing,and had a multiplier effect on promoting content management and dissemination of academic journal websites,constructing open-access publishing process,and developing scientific research integrity support services.
