摘  要:执行机构电连接器焊接处漏气,导致整机电流超差。根据高频感应焊原理,设计了能耐高温并具有屏蔽感应磁场的焊接保护工装,解决了原来因为焊接的电热效应引起插针处的玻璃封装微裂纹的难题;优化并验证了焊接频率、焊接时间等关键参数,控制了加热层深度,解决了电连接器壳体内侧圆柱表面与封装玻璃连接处产生热应力裂纹的问题;通过检测,电连接器焊接漏率可以达到4.68×10^(-11)Pa·m^(3)/sec,提高了焊接密封性,为产品的密封要求提供了技术保障。Air leakage at the welding point of the electrical connector of the actuator caused the overall unit current to exceed tolerance.Based on the principle of high-frequency induction welding,a welding protection tooling that can withstand high temperatures and has a shielded induction magnetic field has been designed,solving the problem of micro cracks in glass packaging of the pins caused by welding electro-thermal effect.The optimized and validated key parameters such as welding frequency and welding time,controlled the depth of the heating layer,which solved the problem of thermal stress cracks at the connection between the inner cylindrical surface of the electrical connector housing and the packaging glass.The welding leakage rate of the electrical connector can reach 4.68x10-11 Pa'm3/sec through testing,which improves the welding sealing performance,providing technical support for the sealing requirements of the products.
