摘 要:为探究群体规范对建筑工人不安全行为意向的影响,以天津市两项目共250名一线建筑工人为研究对象,运用SPSS25.0和AMOS 24.0构建群体规范影响建筑工人不安全行为意向的结构方程模型。结果表明:示范性规范对工人不安全行为意向有直接、间接影响,其间接影响的中间变量是群体认同、群体压力;指令性规范对工人不安全行为意向有间接影响,其间接影响的中间变量是群体压力、行为态度。同时,提出工人行为意向引导对策,包括结合工人群体特征,完善安全培训体系;合理利用群体压力,消除不良示范作用;发挥群体积极效应,增强工人群体认同感;完善群体安全规范,提高工人安全意识,从而降低工人不安全行为意向,有效规范工人行为,提高项目安全绩效。To explore the influence of group norms on the unsafe behavior intention of construction workers,a total of 250 frontline construction workers from two projects in Tianjin were taken as the research object.By using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 24.0 software,we constructed a structural equation model of the influence of group norms on the unsafe behavior intention of construction workers.The results show that the descriptive norms have direct and indirect effects on the unsafe behavior intention of construction workers.The injunctive norms have indirect effects on the unsafe behavior intention of construction workers,and the intermediate variables are group pressure and behavior atitude.The construction workers'behavior intention guidance countermeasures are proposed,including improving the safety training system by combining the characteristics of workers's groups,making reasonable use of group pressure to eliminate the undesirable demonstration role,exerting the positive group effects,enhancing workers'group identity,improving community safety standards,and raising workers'safety awareness,so as to reduce workers'unsafe behavior intentions,regulate workers'behavior,and improve project safety performance.
