摘 要:针对车勤分队车辆安全管理过程中存在的可预见性低、观念落后、科技含量低等问题,创造性地将模糊层次分析法(简称SRM)引入到车勤分队车辆安全管理中来,极大地提高了车勤分队车辆风险防控的能力,增强了车辆管理的安全性和稳定性。利用构建的风险评估模型对影响车辆安全的风险因素进行定性和定量地分析,确定其主要影响因素。最后,根据分析得出的影响车辆安全管理的主要因素,提出了针对性的对策建议,消除了安全隐患,确保了安全稳定。Aiming at the problems of low predictability,backward ideas and low scientific and technological content in the process of vehicle safty management,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(SRM)is creatively introduced into the space transporta-tion vehicle safety management,the ability of the risk prevention and control forces vehicles is greatly improved,to enhance the safety and stability of the vehicle management.Taking the satellite product delivery task of our department as an example,the risk factors affecting vehicle safety are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by using the risk assessment model constructed,and the main influencing factors are determined.Finally,according to the analysis of the main factors affecting the vehicle safety manage-ment,targeted countermeasures and suggestions is put forward,in order to eliminate the safety hazards and ensure the complete suc-cess of the shuttle test mission.
