摘　　要：论文通过对认知无线电技术和通信频谱监测现状介绍,结合两栖作战编队编成特点和通信需求,提出一种基于舰艇编队的的分级集中频谱监测方法,通过并行监测和判断检验的方式,提高通信频谱监测的效率,实现频谱资源的优势利用和电磁干扰环境下通信的可达性。This paper analyzes the current situation of communication spectrum monitoring,combines with the characteristics of fleet communication,a new type of fleet communication based on distributed concentration spectrum monitoring method is pro⁃posed.Through parallel monitoring and judgment,the effiency and reliability of the communication spectrum monitoring are im⁃proved.
