摘 要:“数制”融合凭借数字要素嵌入改变了传统创新范式,为提升产业创新韧性并实现创新发展提供了新思路。本文基于系统韧性视角,利用我国2017—2022年制造业时序数据,采用熵权法、PCA法、耦合协调模型和多元回归模型,探讨了“数制”融合对创新韧性的影响机制、作用和情境条件。研究发现:“数制”融合对创新韧性效能具有显著的驱动效应,而平台数据垄断与数据产权模糊均存在较强的负向调节作用;规制平台垄断和加强数据确权,是“数制”融合对创新韧性赋能作用的情境条件;经济发展程度对创新韧性有积极作用,但过度对外开放对创新韧性有消极作用。The integration of industrial integration of digital and manufacturing has changed the traditional innovation paradigm by embedding digital elements,which provides new ideas to enhance industrial innovation resilience and achieve innovation development.Based on the systemic resilience perspective,this paper explores the impact mechanism,role and conditions of industrialintegration on innovation resilience by using the entropy method,PCA method,coupled coordination model and multiple regression model from 2017—2022 manufacturing time series data in China.The study finds that:the industrial integration of digital and manufacturing has a significant driving effect on the effectiveness of innovation resilience,while both platform data monopoly and data property rights ambiguity perform strong negative moderating effects respectively;the regulation of platform monopoly and strengthening data rights are the prerequisites for the driving effect on innovation resilience.Besides that,the study also indicates that the economic development has a positive effect on innovation resilience,but excessive opening-up has a negative effect on innovation resilience.The results of the study reveals the“black box”of the role of the impact of industrial integration of digital and manufacturing on innovation resilience,and provides theoretical guidance and empirical experience for manufacturing innovation systems to cope with environmental threats.
