摘　　要：全球经营环境和政策不确定性日益加剧,对我国海外投资企业成长和外循环高质量发展带来新的挑战。本文从全球不确定性视角,利用2010—2020年民营企业数据,对网络嵌入性与海外投资民营企业成长的关系进行实证检验。研究发现:较高的网络嵌入性有助于促进海外投资民营企业成长,尤其对于投资到发达国家、采用绿地投资方式且较为成熟的民营企业,网络嵌入性的促进效应更为显著;较高的网络嵌入性有助于降低因全球不确定性对海外投资民营企业成长产生的不利影响;网络嵌入性通过提升企业创新能力以及降低企业成本助力海外投资民营企业成长。The increasing uncertainties in the global business environment and policies pose new challenges to the growth of Chinese investing overseas enterprises and the high-quality development of external circulation.Based on the data of China’s overseas private enterprises from 2010 to 2020,this paper empirically tests the relationship between network embeddedness and enterprises’growth from the perspective of global uncertainty.We find:(1)High network embeddedness is conducive to the growth of overseas invested private enterprises.For overseas private invested in developed countries,adopt the greenfield investment and mature enterprises,the growth effect of overseas private enterprises embedded in the global production network is more significant.(2)In the context of increasing global policy uncertainty,high network embeddedness helps mitigate the adverse impact of uncertainties on the growth of overseas invested private enterprises.(3)Network embeddedness can help the growth of overseas private enterprises by improving their innovation ability and reducing their costs.
