布南色林联合鲁拉西酮在精神分裂症治疗中的应用价值及其对糖脂代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨布南色林联合鲁拉西酮在精神分裂症治疗中的应用价值及其对糖脂代谢的影响。方法:选取上海市宝山区精神卫生中心2021年6月~2023年1月收治的110例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,对照组、观察组各55例。对照组采用布南色林治疗,观察组则在此基础上联合鲁拉西酮治疗,观察两组的临床疗效及糖脂代谢情况。结果:治疗前两组患者阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)总分及各项评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组患者各项PANSS评分均较治疗前和对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组总有效率为89.10%,明显高于对照组的78.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后两组患者空腹血糖、血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:布南色林联合鲁拉西酮可明显提高精神分裂症的治疗效果,同时对糖脂代谢影响较小。Objective To investigate the application value of bunenserin combined with lurasidone in the treatment of schizophrenia and its effect on glycolipid metabolism.Method A randomized controlled trial design method was used to select 110 patients with schizophrenia in our hospital from June 2021 to January 2023 as research objects,55 cases in control group and 55 cases in observation group.The control group was treated with bunenserin,and the observation group was treated with lurasidone on this basis.The clinical efficacy and glucose and lipid metabolism of the two groups were observed.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the total score and scores of PANSS between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the PANSS scores of the observation group were lower than before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 89.10%,significantly higher than 78.18%of the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the levels of fasting blood glucose,TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C between 2 groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Bunenserin combined with lurasidone can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of schizophrenia,and has little effect on glucose and lipid metabolism,Which of the following is worthy of clinical use and promotion.
