孕妇孕期膳食营养指导对孕妇营养补充及母婴影响的研究

摘　　要：孕期是胎儿生长发育的关键时期,胎儿机体器官及系统发育的主要营养依赖于母体的供给,孕期的营养状态可对子代产生近、远期影响,但孕期营养不良、营养过剩等情况仍时有发生,有必要通过相关调查了解孕期营养情况,针对性强化营养膳食指导,改善孕妇营养状态,为母婴健康做好保障。建立完善的孕妇孕期膳食营养指导体系迫在眉睫,需积极总结相关干预措施,并探明该膳食营养指导对孕妇营养补充及母婴的影响。文章通过相关文献的综述分析,汇总了孕期的营养膳食指导干预对策,结合孕期膳食营养干预,对孕妇营养补充效果进行了分析,并总结了营养膳食指导对母婴健康的影响。Pregnancy is a critical period for fetal growth and development.The main nutrients for the development of fetal organs and systems depend on the mother's supply.The nutritional status during pregnancy can have short-term and long-term effects on offspring,but malnutrition and overnutrition during pregnancy still occur.It is necessary to investigate and understand the nutritional status during pregnancy through relevant investigations,strengthen targeted nutritional dietary guidance,improve the nutritional status of pregnant women,and ensure the health of mother and baby.It is urgent to establish a comprehensive dietary and nutritional guidance system for pregnant women during pregnancy,and it is necessary to actively summarize relevant intervention measures and explore the impact of this dietary and nutritional guidance on nutritional supplementation for pregnant women and mother and baby.This article summarizes the intervention strategies for nutritional dietary guidance during pregnancy through a review and analysis of relevant literature.Combined with nutritional intervention during pregnancy,the effect of nutritional supplementation on pregnant women is analyzed,and the impact of nutritional dietary guidance on maternal and infant health is summarized.
