基于数据挖掘探析中医药治疗支气管扩张咯血的组方用药规律

摘　　要：目的 通过中医传承辅助平台探析中医药治疗支气管扩张咯血的用药特点和组方规律。方法 收集中国知网、万方数据库、维普中文期刊中运用中医药方剂治疗支气管扩张咯血的文献,筛选处方并建立数据库,运用中医传承辅助平台中关联规则分析、熵聚类算法等进行分析。结果 共计纳入处方121篇,其中用药频次排名前5位的药物分别为黄芩、甘草、生地黄、白及、桑白皮;出现频率最高的药对为黄芩-桑白皮;得到3味药核心组合54个、4味药核心组合11个,并演化出新处方16首。结论 中医药治疗支气管扩张咯血以清热、泻火、化痰、祛瘀、止血为主,兼以健脾、泻肝、养阴润肺,以扶正祛邪、标本兼顾为配伍特点。挖掘的新处方为临床治疗提供了参考。Objective To explore the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of bronchiectasis with hemoptysis via the TCM Inheritance Auxiliary Platform.Methods The relevant literature were collected from CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP Journal database.The medication rules and the new prescriptions were analyzed through data mining such as association rule analysis and entropy clustering.Results A total of 121 prescriptions related to bronchiectasis with hemoptysis were collected.The top five herbal medicines were Scutellaria Baicalensis,Glycyrrhiza,Radix Rehmanniae,Rhizoma Bletillae,Cortex Mori Radicis.The top of the high-frequency herb pairs were Scutellaria Baicalensis-Cortex Mori Radicis.54 core combinations of 3 herbs,11 core combinations of 4 herbs,and 16 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion The prescriptions for bronchiectasis with hemoptysis mainly focus on clearing heat,purging fire,dissolving phlegm,removing stasis,stopping bleeding and in addition,strengthening spleen,purging the liver,nourishing yin of lung,as well as the compatibility characteristics of strengthening healthy qi to eliminate pathogens,addressing both symptoms and root causes.The new prescriptions provide a reference for clinical treatment.
