摘　　要：现代中医学家蒲辅周临床经验丰富,长期从事中医临床、教学和科研工作。擅长治疗热病,对若干内、妇科疑难杂证,亦颇有治验。笔者研读《蒲辅周医案》和《蒲辅周医疗经验》中妇科崩漏验案,将蒲辅周先生治疗崩漏经验总结为:病机以瘀血为主,治疗以化瘀止血为总,其主张“气以通为补,血以和为补”,认为调理气血尤为重要;兼调理冲任,固冲止血。其治病主张灵活辨证,反对泥古不化,对现代中医药治疗崩漏的临床实践具有重要指导意义,启发后学。Pu Fuzhou,a modern traditional Chinese medicine expert,has rich clinical experience and has been engaged in the clinical,teaching and scientific research of Chinese medicine for a long time.He is good at treating febrile diseases,and also has a lot of experience in treating some internal and gynecological problems and miscellaneous syndromes.The author studied the gynecological metrorrhagia cases in Pu Fuzhou Medical Case and Pu Fuzhou Medical Experience,and summarized Pu Fuzhou's experience in the treatment of metrorrhagia as follows:the pathogenesis of the disease is mainly blood stasis,and the treatment is always to remove blood stasis and stop bleeding.He advocated that"qi is replenished by dredging,and blood is replenished by harmony",and thought that regulating qi and blood is particularly important,and can also regulate Chong and Ren and stop bleeding.His treatment advocated flexible differentiation of symptoms and signs,and opposed the stereotype,has remarkable effect.It has an important guiding significance for the clinical practice and treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis with modern traditional Chinese medicine,and is conducive to enlightening later learning.
