自制伤药膏联合金黄膏对髋关节置换术后患肢肿胀的影响

摘　　要：目的 探析自制制剂伤药膏联合金黄膏对髋关节置换术后患肢肿胀的临床效果。方法 选取2021年6月—2023年1月于南昌市洪都中医院行髋关节置换术的90例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组给予自制制剂伤药膏进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予金黄膏进行治疗。对比2组患者临床治疗效果、患肢肿胀改善情况以及下肢静脉血栓的发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组髋关节肿胀评分均低于治疗前,且观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组下肢静脉血栓发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 自制制剂伤药膏联合金黄膏治疗髋关节置换术后患肢肿胀效果显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made wound ointment combined with Jinhuang ointment on swelling of affected limb after hip joint replacement.Methods A total of 90 patients who underwent hip replacement in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to January 2023 were selected as research objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with self-made wound ointment,and the observation group was treated with Jinhuang ointment on the basis of the control group.The clinical therapeutic effect,the improvement of the affected limb swelling and the occurrence of lower limb venous thrombosis before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the hip swelling score of 2 groups was lower than before treatment,and the score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of lower extremity venous thrombosis in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made wound ointment combined with Jinhuang ointment has a significant effect on the swelling of affected limbs after hip Joint replacement.
