补中愈淋汤联合头孢唑肟防治复发性尿路感染45例

摘　　要：目的 探讨补中愈淋汤联合头孢唑肟防治复发性尿路感染的疗效。方法 采用随机分组法将苏州市中西医结合医院2019年1月—2022年5月收治的90例复发性尿路感染患者分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组予以头孢唑肟抗感染治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用补中愈淋汤口服。比较2组各项指标。结果 治疗2周后,2组临床总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组更好地改善了尿频尿急、腰酸乏力、尿淋沥不尽等症状(P<0.05);观察组IL-6、IL-1β、CRP水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗结束后6个月随访结果提示,观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 联合运用补中愈淋汤治疗复发性尿路感染,可更好地改善症状,降低炎症指标,降低复发率。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Buzhong Yulin decoction combined with Ceftizoxime on recurrent urinary tract infection.Methods Ninety patients with recurrent urinary tract infection admitted to Suzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2019 to May 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ceftizoxime,and the observation group was treated with Buzhong Yulin decoction orally on the basis of the control group.The indicators between the two groups were compared.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).In the observation group,the symptoms of frequent and urgent urination,weak lumbago,urine dripping were improved better(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,IL-1βand CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Follow-up results at 6 months after treatment indicated that the recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Buzhong Yulin decoction in the treatment of recurrent urinary tract infection can better improve the symptoms,reduce the inflammation index and reduce the recurrence rate.
