引火归元化瘀方治疗糖尿病视网膜病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察引火归元化瘀方治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)不同时长的临床疗效。方法 将100例DR患者随机分为观察组及对照组,各50例。对照组给予口服卵磷脂络合碘片,观察组在对照组基础上口服引火归元化瘀方汤剂;连续治疗8周和16周后,比较2组患者的视力、眼底、血糖指标的变化。结果 观察组总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗前2组患者的视力、眼底指标评分、血糖指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组患者上述指标均较前改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 引火归元化瘀方联合卵磷脂络合碘治疗DR患者,对改善患者的视力,眼底循环、血糖指标等有着较好的效果,用药16周则较8周有更好的疗效。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of modified Yinhuo Guiyuan Huayu prescription on diabetic retinopathy(DR)in different periods.Methods One hundred DR patients were randomly divided into an observation group of 50 cases and a control group of 50 cases.The control group was given oral Iodized lecithin tablets,and the observation group was given oral Yinhuo Guiyuan huayu prescription on the basis of the control group.After 8 and 16 weeks of continuous treatment,the changes of visual acuity,fundus,blood glucose indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in visual acuity,fundus index score and blood glucose index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indexes were improved in both groups,and the observation group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Yinhuo Guiyuan Huayu prescription combined with Iodized lecithin has a good therapeutic effect on DR patients'visual acuity,fundus circulation and blood glucose indexes,etc.After 16 weeks of treatment,there is a better therapeutic effect compared to 8 weeks.
