消炎散联合穴位贴敷治疗急性期膝关节滑膜炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察消炎散联合穴位贴敷治疗急性期膝关节滑膜炎的疗效。方法 将湖南中医药大学第二附属医院60例急性期膝关节滑膜炎患者随机分为2组,口服塞来昔布及骨科常规护理为对照组;对照组基础上外敷消炎散联合穴位贴敷为治疗组。7 d为1个疗程,共2个疗程。比较2组治疗前后滑膜超声指标、膝关节疼痛与功能、炎症指标及疗效评估。结果 治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组;与治疗前相比,2组治疗后的疼痛强度评分(NRS)、骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)等血清炎症指标均较治疗前下降。且治疗组的NRS、WOMAC及CRP、ESR、IL-6低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 消炎散联合穴位贴敷可降低炎症因子,有效缓解患者膝关节疼痛并改善关节活动度,改善患者生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of Xiaoyan powder combined with acupoint application on acute knee synovitis.Methods Sixty patients with acute knee synovitis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with oral celecoxib and orthopedic routine nursing.The treatment group was treated with external application of Xiaoyan powder combined with acupoint application on the basis of the control group.Seven days was a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses.Synovial ultrasound indicators(synovial blood flow signal and joint effusion score),knee pain and function,inflammatory indicators and efficacy evaluation were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Compared with before treatment,the pain intensity score(NRS),osteoarthritis index(WOMAC),C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte precipitation rate(ESR),interleukin-6(IL-6)and other serum inflammatory indexes in two groups after treatment were decreased compared with before treatment.In addition,NRS,WOMAC,CRP,ESR and IL-6 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoyan powder combined with acupoint application can reduce inflammatory factors,effectively relieve knee pain and improve joint motion,and improve patients'quality of life.
