浮针疗法治疗颈椎病的研究进展

摘　　要：颈椎病是临床常见的慢性疾病,其发病率逐年增高,呈现年轻化趋势,给患者带来一系列的生理不适和心理压力。目前浮针疗法已广泛应用于颈椎病的治疗,此文通过讨论浮针疗法治疗颈椎病的中西医理论,归纳分析近年来浮针以及浮针联合其他疗法治疗颈椎病的临床报道,证实了浮针治疗颈椎病疗效确切并且具有快速缓解疼痛,操作简单安全,依从性高的独特优势。旨在总结并更好地指导临床与科研,同时就浮针疗法治疗颈椎病研究中存在的问题进行思考,以期对今后浮针治疗颈椎病的基础、临床研究中提供有利的引导。Cervical spondylosis is a common clinical chronic disease,the incidence of which is increasing year by year and showing a younger trend,bringing a series of physical discomfort and psychological stress to patients.At present,floating needle therapy has been widely used in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.By discussing the theory of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of cervical spondylosis,this paper summarized and analyzed the clinical reports of floating needle therapy and floating needle therapy combined with other therapies in the treatment of cervical spondylosis in recent years,and confirmed the unique advantages of floating needle therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis,such as rapid pain relief,simple and safe operation,and high compliance,in order to provide favorable guidance for future basic and clinical research of floating needle therapy for cervical spondylosis.
