摘  要:目的 观察宽胸气雾剂对冠脉微循环障碍的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年7月—2023年1月在福建省第三人民医院就诊的60例冠脉微循环障碍患者,随机分为对照组及治疗组各30例,对照组含服硝酸甘油片;治疗组采用宽胸气雾剂。观察2组临床疗效。结果 治疗组用药后7 d IL-6、hs-CRP及血尿酸均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组用药后1个月IL-6、hs-CRP及血尿酸均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药后,治疗组前降支、回旋支、右冠状动脉的校正的TIMI血流帧数(CTFC),与对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 宽胸气雾剂治疗冠脉微循环障碍患者,可改善血清炎症因子及CTFC。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Kuanxiong aerosol on coronary microcirculation disorders.Methods A total of 60 patients with coronary microcirculation disorder admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Fujian Province from July 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given nitroglycerin tablets.The treatment group was treated with broad chest aerosol.The clinical effect of the two groups was observed.Results At 7 days after treatment,IL-6,hs-CRP and blood uric acid in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).IL-6,hs-CRP and uric acid in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group one month after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After medication,the corrected TIMI flow frame number(CTFC)of anterior descending branch,circumflex branch and right coronary artery in the treatment group had no statistical significance compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Kuanxiong aerosol can improve serum inflammatory factors and CTFC in patients with coronary microcirculation disorders.
