摘　　要：目的 探讨自拟风郁汤治疗感染后咳嗽的治疗作用。方法 将符合纳入标准的60例患者随机分为2组各30例,治疗组予风郁汤治疗,对照组予复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗。治疗2周后比较治疗前后2组咳嗽主症、各证候积分及不良反应情况。结果 治疗后,治疗组各项中医证候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 风郁汤治疗感染后咳嗽疗效可靠。值得临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Fengyu decoction in the treatment of post-infectious cough(PIC).Methods Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with Fengyu decoction and the control group was treated with compound methoxamine capsule.After 2 weeks of treatment,the main cough symptoms,syndrome scores and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fengyu decoction has significant effect on PIC.It is worth of application and promotion.
