益气补肾方治疗分化型甲状腺癌术后临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨分化型甲状腺癌术后气阴两虚型患者的治疗方法。方法 选取分化型甲状腺癌术后患者73例,随机分为益气补肾方组36例和甲乐组37例,干预8周后观察2组患者的中医证候积分,Karnofsky(KPS)评分,甲状腺功能,血清CD3~+、CD4~+、钙。结果 治疗后,益气补肾方组的中医证候疗效有效率优于优甲乐组(P<0.01)。益气补肾方组较优甲乐组明显改善患者中医临床症状(P<0.05)。2组患者卡氏评分均有明显升高(P<0.05)。益气补肾方组血清FT3升高(P>0.05),TSH降低(P>0.05)。与对照组比较,益气补肾方组血清钙含量较高(P>0.05),血清CD3~+、CD4~+T淋巴细胞明显较高(P<0.05)。结论 益气补肾方联合优甲乐治疗分化型甲状腺癌术后气阴两虚型患者疗效确切,疗效优于单纯优甲乐常规治疗。Objective To explore the treatment of patients with qi and yin deficiency after surgery for differentiated thyroid cancer.Methods A total of 73 patients with differentiated thyroid cancer after surgery were selected and randomly divided into invigorating qi and tonifying kidney group(36 cases)and Euthyrox group of 37 cases.8 weeks later,TCM syndrome scores,Karnofsky(KPS)scores,thyroid function,serum CD3+,CD4+and calcium of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the effectiveness of TCM syndrome in invigorating qi and tonifying kidney group was better than that in Euthyrox group(P<0.01).The invigorating qi and tonifying kidney group significantly improved the clinical symptoms of TCM compared with Euthyrox group(P<0.05).The scores of both groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).Serum FT3 was increased(P>0.05)and TSH was decreased(P>0.05)in invigorating qi and tonifying kidney group.Compared with the control group,the serum calcium content of invigorating qi and tonifying kidney group was higher(P>0.05),and the serum CD3+and CD4+T lymphocytes were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of invigorating qi and tonifying kidney and Euthyrox has a definite effect on patients with differentiated thyroid cancer who are deficiency of both qi and yin after operation.The effect is better than conventional treatment of Euthyrox alone.
